Short:
Raycasting with Physics.AdvancedCollision doesn't register a hit on parts of a mesh that have a physics body created as a convexhull. These are just small areas like holes in the convexhull.

I have a demo with both Scene.AdvancedCollision and physics.Advancedcollision, scene will show correct distance say 50 units but the physics will show -999 which is the maximum range i set for the pEnd.

I have triied this with other convexhull meshes and they all do the same.

If you wish me to send a small project (currently VB.NET) however, C# aslo has sameproblems so i don't believe it to be language specific.
