We currently have TVLandscape.SetClamping(bEnabled)

Would it be possible to have it per chunk or per splatting layer?

The reason being that if we're enabling SetClamping, the texture splatting goes coocoo.

So if possible, concatenate the best of the two worlds: enabling texture clamping on the base layer and not on the splatting textures Cheesy

The idea behind all for this is this: when the player is far from a chunk, the splatting textures are disabled, when the player is close, splatting texture are enabled.
