After about a week this bug is 100% confirmed.

Modelers typically use a technique called symmetrifying or mirroring. An example is modeling half of a human or half of a head and then once you are finished you mirror the one side to the other to create a complete model.

If you use symmetry/mirror function in either Maya or 3D Studio Max this causes a problem during morphing in tv3d in which a breakage is visible right where the mirror/symmetry took place.

I've noticed that when you symmetry or mirror the vertex order on each vert changes dramatically.

Note: The base, reference & morph target models are identical and have the same vertex order.

I believe this one has been confirmed and fixed in a patch by Sylvain.
