This might be a possible bug with truevision 6.2 and since 6.3 might have the problem fixxed. I did require lights in a large world, so I created a paging system when lights get removed and added as you move through the world. I problem is when lights are deleted with light.deleteLight (LightID) and a new one is added with LightID = Light.CreateLight(LightInfo) that the LightID is that of a new number. Repeatly doing this decreases the number of lights in the scene at once. I had to work around this with light.DeleteAllLights() by and just draw the ones near the camara. I know directx8 limits to 8 lights, not sure about directx9.
