When loading a texture with CTVTextureFactory.LoadTexture(), which has already been loaded one time before, it does not seem to check if the texture has already been loaded. If so, it should return the texture-ID from the one loaded before. The main thing is, when trying to save the 2nd texture, DX fails.

Heres the debug-dump:

01-07-2006 14:12:15 | TEXTURE MANAGER : Couldn't save the texture to the file '\s2cs.1'. Error Directx : -2005530516
01-07-2006 14:12:15 | TEXTURE MANAGER : Couldn't save the texture to the file '\s2cs.2'. Error Directx : -2005530516

DX-Error -2005530516 should be DXERR_INVALIDCALL.
