I have made tests with Maya 5.0 and 6.5 exporters, trying to export TVA, but I get that the geometry is rotated 180º on Y, because on Maya I have the +Z pointing front of characters, and with TVA I get +Z pointing back...

Converts from maya OpenGL to DX Axis system, so quite normal that Z is flipped.. by design.
