Camera.GetQuaternion() will get the first set of coordinates upon initialization but then it will not update in a dual veiwport environment.

Changing viewport focus by moving the mouse cursor out of the viewport and then moving it back in causes the Camera.GetQuaternion() to update its coordinates only for that instant.

The camera moves with no problem.
