Bug #506: Collision / Mouse Pick issue on Landscape
Product:
TV3D SDK 6.5

C#

New
Resolution:

Scene.MousePick seems only return correct collision data on a certain area of the landscape if the mouse pick was on a landscape.

More specifically, I found that it works on X and Z values of the landscape collision point need to be 0-256, 512-768, 1024-1280... etc... basically the area that the mousPick method works properly skips in units of 256s...

This maybe todo with the fact that I scaled the landscape?

Same problem occurs on Landscape.MousePick method. The returned CollisionData.IsCollision() is only true in the areas as mentioned in the previous post of the terrain.

The scene is rendered in window mode, with far plane set to 1000
