Milkshape Plugin Problems:

In milkshape the following actor is posed with two key frames and a total of 30 frames.

This is what the actor looks like loaded in our editor .. Next to it is the tvm which is displayed correctly.

The following is an image of the actor (tva) loaded in modelview.

Changing the Flip for dx/open gl and other properties does change how the model looks but it is still mangled. All combinations have been tried on multiple systems with the same results.

I think i had something similar in XSI. I fixed it by making shure that the mesh is in a zero position when skinning. And if the Joints/mesh have a parent, that parent should be at zero too. Hope it helps
