There is no way to change this. I suggest a friendly property named "TVInput.RestrictMouseToWindow" as boolean for doing this on the fly.

When running a game in window'd mode (for debugging purposes for instance) it's often deseriable to not have your mouse still wandering all over the screen as you test your game.

This is especially true if you wind up accidentally clicking other windows/controls on your desktop by accident during the course of playing the game.

Being able to alter this on the fly (as opposed to just once at initialization) would be helpful too during debug sessions where you might have a key toggle setup so that you dont have to alt+tab everytime either.

p.s. I figured this had to exist already but i cant find the way? With internal objects i could do it but thats not very nice :)
