1. Load texture "A"
2. Call DeleteAllTextures()
3. Load texture "A" again
When render, texture is broken.

I guess, when call DeleteAllTextures(), texture is removed from memory. But registry is still alive.

Though texture "A" is removed from memory, engine thinks texture "A" is alive.
(So, engine do NOT load texture "A" again.)
