Applying a loaded or created texture to a created sphere mesh results in a fixed transparency that is visible except at the strongest color levels.

Creating an alpha texture using
TextureFactory1.CreateAlphaTexture(64, 64, "CreatedAlphaTexture"); results in a diffuse texture according to TF1.GetTextureInfo(Global1.GetTex("CreatedAlphaTexture"));

Using TF1.AddAlphaChannel() results in a invisible mesh.

(P.S. It would be nice to have information on texture channels in TF1.GetTextureInfo).
