Bug #394: Camera.SetViews not overriding default range
Product:
TV3D SDK 6.5
Language:
C#
Current State:
Closed
Resolution:
Fixed
Created On:
May 24th, 2005
Last Modified:

Reported By:

The maximum camera view radius seem to be 1000. Trying to set the camera to anything more has no effect and results in the item beyond 1000 getting culled. This is true for both:
Scene1.GetCamera().SetViewIsometric(10f, 2000f) and Scene1.GetCamera().SetViewFrustum(120f, 2000f);

I think it's the skybox.

Try to increase the scaling of the skybox if you didn't do so ?

I should have mentioned this but changing the skybox radius directly or scaling it beyond 1000 makes the skybox invisable. That is only the default background is rendered. This is despite the fact that the skybox radius is well within the camera SetView radius.

Meshes also disappear beyond the 1000 radius.

Must have been fixed i guess... If you still have a problem with this, please reopen another bug report.
